PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION
$250 approximately 2 hours
We will go through and check the working order of:
the propane system
110-volt AC, 12-volt DC
freshwater plumbing and wastewater plumbing systems
chassis and braking system
the exterior sides and roof condition
the interior fit and finish
Then hand you a copy of the PDI checklist with areas of concern.
MULTI-POINT INSPECTION
$125 approximately 1 hour
We will check for the proper working order of:
the propane
110-volt
12-volt
fresh and wastewater systems
while looking for obvious damage to the exterior and interior and note that.
WINTERIZING - DRY
$125 approximately 1 hour
We will pressure up the plumbing system with air, and blow out the water throughout the unit. Then leave the taps and low points open to breathe all winter. And when you are ready de-winterization is free.
WINTERIZING - WET
$145 approximately 1 hour
We will pressure up the plumbing system with antifreeze, and replace the water throughout the unit, leaving just the antifreeze in the system all winter. And when you are ready de-winterization is free.
SPRINGERIZATIN, FANCY DE-WINTERIZE
$185 approximately 1.5 hours
Springerizing, yep not a word but action. We add water to the system and pressure it up for the camping season while checking all appliances for proper functions, and the seals around the roof and sides, a mini MPI. And your next dry winterizing is free or wet winterizing for $20.
PEEL AND SEAL UNIT
$50 - $75 by the foot plus parts
We remove the old sealant, clean the area, then lay down the new sealant.
SPOT SEAL OF ROOF AND SIDES
$35 - $45 by the foot plus parts.
We go over the roof and sides, looking for cracks in the sealant. When there is a possible leak, we clean the area and apply more sealant. This should be done every 3 to 6 months and is not meant to replace a full peel and seal of your unit every few years depending on climate and storage.
BEARING PACK AND BRAKE CHECK
$125 per axle plus parts
Pull the wheel and brake drum, pack bearings, check the condition of the brakes and thickness of the pads, and inform you of their condition.
